✨ Look at the teamwork happening in our classrooms! ✨

Our little builders at Quail Valley Preschool worked together to design, stack, and create cozy forts with giant blocks. While it may look like just fun (and it is fun), activities like this build so much more:

✔️ Problem-Solving Skills – deciding how to make the structure stand tall
✔️ Fine & Gross Motor Development – lifting, balancing, and stacking blocks

📚✨ M is for Marshmallow Man! ✨🍡

In our 3’s classroom at Quail Valley Child Care Center, the letter M came to life as our little learners built marshmallow men with marshmallows and pretzels! Activities like this help children connect letters to real objects (and sometimes snacks!) which makes learning fun and memorable.

It’s more than just learning the alphabet, working with small pieces builds fine motor skills too. Pinching, poking, and piecing together marshmallows and pretzels strengthens the same hand muscles kids will use later for writing, cutting, and more.
