Our ResponsiveEd 180 EPP Interns and ResonsiveEd teachers recently gathered for Classroom Foundations Day 2 to dive deep into what matters most: building authentic classroom connections and supporting student behaviors with intention.

The best mentors don't just point the way—they walk alongside you.

If you’ve ever stepped into your first classroom, you know how vital it is to have someone in your corner. That’s why our recent Teacher Mentorship Training with Region 10 was so special to us.

We brought our 180 EPP Field Supervisors, 180 EPP Intern Mentor Teachers, and ResponsiveEd Mentors into the same room to talk openly about what our 180 EPP Candidates and ResponsiveEd early career teachers really need right now. We shared our learned lessons, swapped game-changing coaching tips, explored research-based best practices, and reminded each other why we do this work.

To all the mentoring educators and field supervisors: thank you for being the calm in the storm, the voice of encouragement, and the trusted guide for our future and early career teachers.
