Kevin Meade was the guest speaker at the FC IRTA May meeting. Kevin did a great job telling us about President Harry S Truman.
We will see all of you in the Fall at the September Meeting.

Reservations are due May 14th for the May Meeting of the Retired Teachers Association. Please respond to our reservation callers. We have an interesting guest speaker; Kevin Meade. Mr. Meade is the former Mayor of Canton and current day History Buff . His topic will be Harry S Truman. I think you will find his program truly interesting. As always business mtg, great meal by the HEA and lively conversation. The meeting date is Tuesday May 19th at 10:30am. The location is the basement of the Farm Bureau Building in Lewistown. Meal fee is $15 / person. I look forward to seeing each of you on Tuesday May 19th @ 10:30 Doug Falk, President of the FC RTA

April's FC-IRTA guest speaker was Mike Delligatti, world traveler. His presentation was on the 7-wonders of the world. Mike and Debbie Delligatti have visited the seven-wonders while exploring 90 countries over their two-decades of traveling. Thank you for sharing your love of adventure!

At the April Meeting of FC-IRTA, A large gathering of 45 retired teachers showed up. As always; business mtg, great meal by the HEA and lively conversation. All retired certified staff are encouraged to attend the May 19th meeting at 10:30 am at the Farm Bureau Building.

Fulton County Retired Teachers Assoc. presented Spoon River College Foundation with a check at the April FC-IRTA meeting.

Phyllis is a believer of the IRTA Foundation and encourages members to fund a wide variety of groups supporting teacher training.

What a great FC RTA mtg we had Tues March 31. Old friends, great conversation and an excellent program on Snowman’s Reindeer Farm.

Hello Retired Teachers! We have our first meeting of 2026 scheduled for March 31 - a week later than usual due to a conflict in scheduling.

Jason Parsons, owner of Snowman's Reindeer Farm will be sharing what he's learning about raising reindeer.

The time is the same - 10:30 am; Lunch as usual for $15; and this is the meeting to pay your dues if you pay annually.
