USDA Grant Success for LC Millwright Program!
Industrial Maintenance & Millwright Technology program receives USDA Grant Funding LC State’s Industrial Maintenance & Millwright Technology program was awarded over $17,000 in grant funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Diesel students have “Firery” project! They will be doing clutch work, air and electrical work on this fire truck.
New Diamond Hone getting set up for our Automotive Students! They will use it for the finishing process for engine blocks!!

Earlier this month our Fire Service Technology students were able to tour a Life Flight helicopter and receive a lot of excellent information on what they do!

Industrial Electronics students took a field trip to Onsemi in Boise. They got to experience the inside of a cleanroom where they manufacture microchips!

Technical and Industrial faculty took students to compete in SkillsUSA at the state level in Boise last week. Big shout out to our faculty and student medalist:

The Gold medalists having been recognized by the state as champions and professionals in their field and have been invited to participate in the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference in Atlanta, Ga in June. Congratulations to all participants!
