IEA PACE Pumpkin Carving & Decorating Contest! 🎃

Get creative and support public education! Join the IEA’s Political Action Committee for Education (PACE) for a fun and festive online pumpkin carving and decorating contest. Show off your artistic flair, share your masterpiece, and compete for prizes — all while helping fund pro-education advocacy in Idaho.

How It Works:
1. Register & Donate: Enter with a suggested donation of $10–$25 to PACE, or make it lasting with a $5 recurring donation!
2. Create Your Pumpkin Magic: Carve or decorate your pumpkin however you like — spooky, silly, or stunning!
3. Submit Your Entry: Upload up to 3 photos of your pumpkin through our online form https://forms.gle/Wj5Gm6CizwsE7NRX9 or post them on your Facebook or Instagram and tag
4. Deadline: Entries due by October 29, 2025, at 5 PM
5. Celebrate & Win: All entries will be showcased on IEA’s social media from October 30 to November 1, 2025.
6. Winners for 1st Place, 2nd Place, and IEA Staff Favorite will be announced on November 1st!

Today, we honor the teachers who help build the very foundation of our community.

Before we were firefighters, we were students—shaped by educators who taught us discipline, compassion, and the value of service. Their lessons live on in the way we show up for others every day.

Lewiston Firefighters owe a debt of gratitude to the teachers who prepare the next generation of citizens, leaders, and first responders. Thank you for being the heart of our community.
