JMS has completed all ISAT testing and we can report that we have some amazing results! We have hit our goals in many areas this year and have seen some significant growth from students in all grades and subjects. Additionally, we have beat the state average in all grades and subjects almost 15% in some cases. For example, in grade 8 math we have beat the state average by 13%! Great job to all of our students, teachers, and supporting staff in ensuring high levels of learning for all of our students!

JMS recently celebrated all of the hard work and dedication our 8th Grade WEB leaders put into making the program a success. These students were part of the mentorship program for 6th Grade students this year and they did an INCREDIBLE job! We appreciate all of their hard work and kindness and wish them good luck on their new adventures in high school!

Our 6th grade students had an out of this world experience learning from Jeff Karlin from Lewiston High School. He brought space to life with fascinating facts, legendary myths, and amazing stories about stars, planets, and the universe. We’re pretty sure he inspired a few future astronomers and space scientists along the way!🪐☄️🚀

Mr. Norwood’s life science classes are busy getting some hands-on experience planting the school garden and knowing the importance of where does my food come from.
