We utilize the 3 ranges of combat to include striking, disarming, locking, throwing, and practical grappling technique.

We are heading back to the Philippines in October! We will be training with some of the best Grandmasters on the planet, Grand Master Rodel "Smoking Sticks" Dagooc, Grandmaster Panto Canete Flores, and Grandmaster Roger Del Valle. We are looking forward to another great trip to learn directly from the masters and to experience the wonderful culture of the Philippines 🇵ðŸ‡
