On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink!

The halls of the Beebe Long Neck Family Medicine Residency Practice were looking a little more fetch this Wednesday as our incredible residents and staff showed off their pink in honor of the iconic movie Mean Girls!

While we may not have a Burn Book, we do have an amazing team built on collaboration, compassion, and a shared commitment to providing exceptional care to our community. From caring for patients to supporting one another, these healthcare heroes prove that teamwork never goes out of style.

The residents and medical students at Beebe Long Neck Family Medicine Residency Practice recently traded stethoscopes for ice cream spoons during a wellness-focused ice cream social.

Building Connections Beyond the Workplace! ⛳🤝

Last week, the team at Beebe Healthcare's R. Randall Rollins Center for Medical Education stepped away from the office for our annual Administrators Retreat, a day dedicated to team building, collaboration, and fun.

The retreat provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships, reflect on our shared accomplishments, and invest in the teamwork that supports our residents, faculty, and learners every day. The day included engaging team-building activities, a delicious lunch at The Wheel House in downtown Lewes, and a friendly round of mini golf filled with plenty of laughs and great memories.

We are grateful for the opportunity to come together, celebrate our incredible team, and continue building the strong partnerships that help advance medical education at Beebe Healthcare.
