Raising a child with additional needs comes with immense love…
but also stress, advocacy, appointments, school meetings, and constant mental load.

Needing support does NOT make you weak.
Taking breaks does NOT make you selfish.
Asking for help does NOT make you a bad parent.

You matter too 💙
