Kempo Hicksville

As most if not all of you know, our beloved dojo will be going through some changes in the next month. One of these changes is Shihan Joe leaving this phase of his career. As May 3rd is his last official day with us we thought it best to invite him to an official See You Around BBQ.

Unfortunately, Kempo of Levittown/Hicksville will need to close this evening, Tuesday (3/18), due to both Instructors having the flu. Shihan Joe will likely be able to return tomorrow and resume classes. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes, but we are dedicated to ensuring our students do not get sick.

We will be closed tomorrow Thursday February 20th 2025 as we remember our fallen friend and student Shodan Colin Michael Lambert, United States Navy E-3. If you have not currently received the information, we are posting it here for any who wish to join us.

Thursday's wake will be from 3pm to 8pm at Dalton's Funeral Home located 2786 Hempstead Turnpike Levittown 11756

Friday's mass will be held at 11:15 located at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church 17 Fordham Ave Hicksville 11801.

Immediately following the service will be Naval Honors including a 21 gun salute as befits our dedicated serviceman.

We ended the year with a spectacular party, filled with fun, laughter, some mayhem, and a LOT of sugar lol. A special thank you to all who participated, whether you were assisting or playing, you all made it a wonderful time!
We will now be CLOSED for our Christmas break, from 12/24/24 through 1/1/25. We will see you for classes again on Thursday 1/2/25. Until then, enjoy your holidays, your family and friends, your special gifts, and please remember to squeeze in a little practice 😊.
