Congratulations to Kelli for being promoted to L2 Instructor! 🎉

Before coming to Elija, Kelli was busy making a difference as a special education teacher and RBT all the way in Hawaii! 🌴 She was drawn to Elija by her passion for helping young adults gain independence and become active members of their community—and we are so glad a friend referred her to us!

Kelli brings incredible expertise to her role, as one of her biggest accomplishments includes a master's degree in Behavior Analysis from FIT. 🎓

When she isn’t at work, you can find her running, hitting the gym, or catching up on a good book by a sunny window.

Huge congratulations to our newly promoted L2 Instructor, Kat! 👏 When this big sports fan isn't traveling to fun live concerts and music festivals, she watches her favorite sports, baseball, and basketball; !

When she isn't busy making an impact at school, she loves to unwind after work by sitting back with her cat watching a psychological thriller! If there is any advice she would give anyone starting in this field, it would be, “Celebrate the tiny victories. Small steps lead to big changes!” We are so incredibly proud of her dedication and the growth she continues to make, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things she achieves in her new role. 🥳👏

This week marked an exciting new chapter as our learners started working at Sweet Clementines!

Our students were on a roll today, keeping the coffee station fully restocked, labeling coffee sleeves, and helping prepare orders for customers. We love seeing our learners build confidence and independence in the community! ☕️
