What an incredible week for the South Plains College Rodeo Team at the College National Finals Rodeo!

🥉 Kassidy Robertson capped off an outstanding week with a 3rd Place National Finish in Breakaway Roping after blazing to a 1.8-second run in the Championship Short Go—the fastest time of the night! ⚡🔥

Zaran Kirkpatrick also earned a spot in the Championship Short Go after an impressive week of competition. While she came up short with a no time in the finals, we are incredibly proud of the determination and grit she displayed throughout the week.

Congratulations to all of our SPC Rodeo athletes for representing South Plains College on the national stage with class, determination, and heart. Thank you for an incredible season and for making Texan Nation proud! 💙🧡

🤠🔥 TWO LADY TEXANS ARE SHORT GO BOUND! 🔥🤠

The Lady Texans will be represented in Saturday night's Championship Short Go at the College National Finals Rodeo! 🏆🐎

🌟 Kassidy Robertson has qualified in Breakaway Roping after an outstanding week, going 3-for-3 with a total time of 9.2 seconds. She enters the Short Go sitting 3rd in the nation and in position to make a run at a national title! 💥

🌟 Zaran Kirkpatrick has also punched her ticket to the Breakaway Roping Short Go, going 3-for-3 with a total time of 28.0 seconds. She heads into Saturday sitting 12th overall and ready to make her move!

Congratulations to Kassidy and Zaran on an incredible week so far! Texan Nation will be cheering you on as you compete for a national championship Saturday night! 💙🧡🤠

Our Team Ropers wrapped up their final go-round Wednesday night at the College National Finals Rodeo.

🤝 Jantsen Morris and Jayden Morris turned in a strong 6.3-second run in their third go-round to cap off an impressive week in Casper. 💪🐎

🤝 Trey Adams and his partner were unfortunately issued a no time in their final run.

Congratulations to all three Texans on representing South Plains College on the national stage. We are proud of the grit, determination, and sportsmanship they showed all week long!

It was a busy day for the Texans and Lady Texans at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper!

🤝 Jantsen and Jayden Morris turned in a 12.2-second run in their second go-round of Team Roping during Tuesday's slack and remain in the hunt as the week continues.

🤝 Trey Adams and his partner were unfortunately issued a no time in their second go-round.

🏇 During Tuesday night's performance, Sierra Telford posted a 14.18-second run in Barrel Racing.

🐐 Zaran Kirkpatrick followed with an impressive 6.6-second run in Goat Tying.

Now the waiting game begins for Sierra and Zaran as they look to see if their performances have earned them a spot in Saturday night's Championship Short Go! 🤞🏆

Tomorrow night will be the final opportunity for our Team Ropers to make their move. Trey Adams, Jantsen Morris, and Jayden Morris will each compete in their final go-round as they look to qualify for the Short Go and keep their CNFR dreams alive! 🔥🐎

Zaran continues to battle through a busy week in Casper as she competes in both Breakaway Roping and Goat Tying against the nation's best collegiate rodeo athletes. 💪🐎

She still has opportunities ahead and will look to finish the week strong for the Texans and Lady Texans! 💙🧡
