Uncle B’s Basics Uncle B’s Basics is an introduction to horsemanship and riding. Courses are designed to increase understanding of the equestrian world and the benefits within!

Each student’s needs and wants will be considered but safety is our first priority.

How INCREDIBLE is THIS???

Back in 2021, at just ELEVEN years old, Kortnee Solomon made history by becoming the first Black cowgirl to compete on TV.

The fourth-generation Texas cowgirl made her official debut when she was just 5 years old at the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo, the oldest Black-owned rodeo circuit in the US.

Now 14, Kortnee has continued to ride high, winning numerous championships all while being a rodeo trailblazer 🐎
