Fifth Grade Fall Sports Opportunity!

Fifth graders have the opportunity to participate in middle school fall sports, which will be starting in just a few short weeks! Tryouts will be on the very first day of school, with a few practices taking place before school starts as well. If your fifth-grade athlete would like to participate, please complete the following:
