Recap of the Last Few Weeks at the Willow Hope Center💛

Between planning for the upcoming Cait’s Voice Foundation Banquet, team training and preparing the Cait’s Voice Educator Team to share Cait’s story with the youth in our community, there has been so much happening behind the scenes!

The Cait’s Voice Foundation also had an exciting meeting with legislators and educators from Alaska, and they are looking forward to an upcoming visit with Congressman Zach Nunn, who represents Iowa in the U.S. House of Representatives!

Looking Ahead:
•The Annual Cait’s Voice walk is tomorrow (Sunday) and the weather looks beautiful!
•The Willow Hope Center is also excited to kick off our parenting classes this week!
•We are continuing to accept new clients for counseling services, AND we have another exciting announcement coming soon as we prepare to expand the services offered at the Willow Hope Center!
•And as always, our Blessing Box remains stocked with essential items and resources for individuals and families in need.

TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT🙏

First and foremost, on behalf of Cait Saxton’s family, friends, and the entire Cait’s Voice Foundation team, we want to thank you from the absolute bottom of our hearts!

We are humbled, grateful, and truly blown away by the goodness of God and the incredible love and generosity of our community.

In just 48 hours, we have completely sold out of tickets for our First Annual Cait’s Voice Foundation Banquet, with 234 seats reserved, and 18 Business Sponsorships-WOW!

We will continue to keep everyone updated if any cancellations occur or additional tickets become available. We will keep a wait-list so if you would like tickets please still reach out!

We truly believe that Cait would be so proud of her family, her community, and all the people who love her dearly. What an incredible way to continue honoring her life and giving her a voice that will make a difference for generations to come.

We cannot wait to share this special evening with you and continue this meaningful journey together!

💜October 1st marks the beginning of Domestic Violence Awareness Month💜

Today and everyday, we remember Cait Saxton — a mother, daughter, sister, friend, and woman who was deeply loved by so many.

Today, we pause to honor her life.

Cait’s Voice Foundation was created because one life can leave a legacy—and one voice can help another person find theirs.

Throughout October, we will use this platform to bring awareness, education, and understanding surrounding domestic violence. We’ll talk about warning signs, patterns of abuse and coercive control, resources for victims and survivors, and how families, friends, churches, professionals, and communities can become better equipped to recognize and respond to domestic violence.

We will also be sharing more about an incredibly special milestone for our new organization:

💜 The First Annual Cait’s Voice Foundation Banquet — November 14th, 2026

In the coming weeks, we’ll introduce the heart behind the evening and share ticket information, sponsorship opportunities, auction items, and ways our community can be part of what we are building.

We don't know yet how far this organization will reach or how many lives Cait’s story will touch.

But we know this:
Big change often begins with small beginnings.
It begins when someone chooses to speak.
When someone chooses to listen.
When a survivor realizes they are not alone.
When a community decides that awareness must become action.

We are just getting started.

And our hope is that year after year, Cait’s Voice will continue to grow into something that educates, encourages, empowers, and brings hope to people who need to know their lives and their voices matter.

This October, we remember Cait.
We honor survivors.
We educate our community.
And together, we continue building a legacy that will carry Cait’s voice forward.

We have so many incredible things planned for this month and we cannot wait to share the journey with you! 💜
