Head Start parents and caregivers know firsthand what helps children and families thrive.

Right now, the federal government is considering changes to the Head Start Program Performance Standards, the rules that help shape how Head Start programs operate and the services families receive.

Parents have an opportunity to speak up about what they want protected. Add your name to the national Parent Sign-On Letter and help make sure family voices are part of this conversation.

What a wonderful time children and their parents had at our latest group socialization! This socialization featured the parents guiding and supporting their children in making a burrito using a variety of ingredients. Parents discussed how their children used problem-solving skills and lots of language while putting together their burritos. What a tasty treat!
Did you know that September is Hispanic Heritage month? The official theme for this month is “Unidos, somos más” (“Together, we are more”).
