Robbins Preschool Robbins Preschool is an early childhood education program designed for children ages three to five years. Enrichment activities abound at Robbins Preschool.

It is supportive of each child's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth. The children are introduced to Fundations, the approved phonics curriculum of the Caldwell County Schools, and they grow through experiences in art, music and movement, science, literature, and math. There are no hidden fees or fundraisers. Robbins Preschool is fortunate to have five themed rooms, an enclosed playground, and a gymnasium for each class to use on a daily basis. The preschool presents at least two performances per school year, and tours of the daily routine are always available.

We used a little glitter (or alot) for a Halloween spiderweb craft and welcomed Caldwell County Library for storytime! We gave our biggest roars during the reading of the classic 'Where the Wild Things Are'. We also practiced identifying same and different sounds and learned how we can work hard to earn our very own Baby Bobs!

Thursday was all about cutting practice. We completed our abstract art pieces, talked about the artist Henri Matisse, and shared our masterpieces.

Our Camping Day was filled with excitement, adventure, and learning. We used our fine motor skills to make our own lanterns and clipped and chose camp-colored bandanas.
We gathered around our campsite where we demonstrated patience and turn-taking. We took turns “fishing” in our pond and practiced number correspondence.
We then searched for hidden letters on our “magic leaves” and used our handy flashlights to make the letters glow.
We sang camp songs, listened to a camp story, and talked about all the wonderful things God created for us to enjoy in the great outdoors!
A camping adventure wouldn't be complete without campfire treats! We roasted marshmallows and enjoyed delicious S’mores, campfire weenies, pretzel sticks, and more!
Our little campers made memories and practiced the best kindness and patience today!

We started the day with balloon art and we turned over our calendar to talk about all the exciting things we have planned for October. It’s going to be a fun-filled month.
Our classroom library got a seasonal makeover as we brought out our fall and Halloween books and we had a full day of sharing letter B- babies, bears, blocks, balls, and more. What a fun and busy first day of October!

All about the letter B today! We practiced B writing, coloring, tracing, and letter recognition.
With Heggerty, we stretched our thinking and had fun creating compound words!
We also had music with Miss Kaylee where we met Mr. Noodle Man, practiced our drumming skills, moved our bodies, and sang.We wrapped up our day with a little Chicka Chicka Boom Boom fun!
