We have moved! (In more ways than one.) Since the "algorithms" on the "news" tend to show what they want instead of what YOU want, you may have missed it!

The Tennessee Homestead Exchange has been fully merged into Eaglewings Essential Health.

You can find us in our new location at 603 Hwy 321, Building 3, Suite 201, Lenoir City, Tn

Due to the building at 108 E Broadway St in Lenoir City needing repairs, we are no longer able to operate in the downtown location.

As a private holistic, natural wellness space + ministry, we offer a variety of naturopathic wellness therapies and services, supplements, organic skin care, and whole, nutrient-dense foods made with the best ingredients by people we know and trust.

We also offer community classes and workshops geared towards living the best and fullest life possible. We’d love for you to join us!

The team at The Homestead Exchange and Eaglewings Essential Health have a great day planned for you all.

We will be sampling some of our favorite foods and new offerings, and many of your favorite products will be on sale!

Eaglewings is offering a sale on all wellness products, and Ion Cleanse® footbaths for only $5!!! (Anyone else feel like a gentle detox is a great way to start the new year?!)
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are strongly encouraged! Footbaths will be from 9:30-3:00.

Big Changes at The Homestead Exchange!

Dear friends, Karisa here!

I’m sure you’ve noticed things have shifted in the store, so I wanted to officially share the news: I’ve stepped back from day-to-day operations to focus more on my true passion — our homestead. But don’t worry! The Homestead Exchange has merged with Soaring Together Ministries and amazing folks — Stephanie and Jeff— have become the new stewards of this project.
You may know them from the Eaglewings Essential Health wellness space already underway at The Exchange, and they are committed to growing and expanding the selection of the clean, local, nutrient-dense foods and the wellness offerings you’ve come to love.

While I’ll still be involved with fostering community connection (my favorite part!) through certain events and homesteading workshops at The Exchange, I’m excited to devote more time to the homestead. If you’re interested in following along with my adventures in clean food, raw dairy, and natural living, you can find me over Milk & Marrow

We have an AMAZING community workshop opportunity on Sunday, November 24th!

Join us as Anne (our resident herbalist) leads us through the wildcrafted art of making and tending Fire Cider!

This is a wonderful addition to your "seasonal needs" cabinet as we embark on the cooler season (hopefully 😜) and the need to keep our internal resilience high! It warms things up to allow the body to heal in its natural processes.... and you will be able to customize your cider!
