Just some ramblings on a rainy afternoon !

Over the years, I've heard wonderful phrases like Keeper of the Magic, Guardian of the Christmas Spirit, Ambassador of Joy, Keeper of Wonder, and Protector of Belief. I understand what people mean, and I'm honored whenever someone uses those words to describe what I do as Santa Gary.

But I also try to remember something important.

The magic isn't really about me. It's about the smiles, the memories, the wonder, and the kindness that families share together. Santa Gary is a character that helps create those moments, but behind the red suit is still Gary—a regular person who misplaces his keys, gets tired, makes mistakes, and keeps learning every day.

I am grateful for the hugs, the stories, the laughter, and the trust that children and families share with me but.................

If there is any magic in what I do, it comes from helping people believe in something bigger than themselves—hope, joy, generosity, and kindness.

The character may be magical. But like everyone else I'm human.

And perhaps that's exactly why kindness matters so much.
