‼️ACTION REQUIRED: All SMSD families must complete back-to-school forms for the 2026–2027 school year.
Online verification and health forms are now open in Skyward for the upcoming school year. Completing these forms ensures your student’s enrollment information and emergency contacts are up to date and is required for students to check out school materials.
