Ninja Pinto moved to the U.S. with a dream: to bring the Brazilian martial arts he grew up loving to his new community in Kansas. After teaching wherever he could for years, Ninja finally opened up his own space in 2010. Recently expanded to 8,000 square feet, Brazil Academy teaches students of all ages the arts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira, and Muay Thai. We even have a boot camp and FitnessD

After months of you asking, Professor Morena is finally doing it! 😂 This Friday, August 21st at 5 PM, FREE Samba class!

It’s just one fun class—no experience needed, no pressure, just come dance, laugh, move your body, and have a good time! 💃🏽🔥

And after class, everyone is welcome to hang out and socialize! ❤️ The café will be open, or feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks to share. ☕️🍪🥤

Today was all about grit and togetherness. Our team hit the ice bath not just for recovery, but for resilience. Cold water, deep breath, shared challenge. That’s where community is built. Stronger bodies, calmer minds, tighter bonds. Grateful for this team.
