Lemoore Police Activities League The Lemoore Police Activities League "PAL" was established to serve at-risk youth between the ages of PAL is one of the oldest youth programs in the country.

The Lemoore Police Department Police Activities League "PAL" is a nonprofit organization. It is parented by the California Police Activities League, Inc "CAL PAL." CAL PAL provides educational, recreational, and athletic programs to the youth of California, with an emphasis on disadvantaged or at-risk youth. There are more than 125 police abd sheriff departments in California that have PAL program
