ELA benchmark testing starts tomorrow! Every student must have a device for testing, so please make sure their Chromebook is fully charged and ready to go. If your student does not have their Chromebook yet, please reach out to the front office so we can help you finish your data confirmation.

We also ask that chargers stay in a safe spot at home instead of coming to campus, as misplaced chargers may be invoiced at the end of the year.

Good luck to our students as they set their starting points for the year. We are thrilled to kick off this assessment and see what they can do!

The Liberty Marching Band and Color Guard kicked off their season with a fantastic performance at the Caruthers Fair this past Saturday. Our students made us proud both on and off the street, bringing home second place overall in their division, as well as third place finishes in both color guard and percussion.

You can catch their next competition at the Fresno Fair Parade on Wednesday, October 14th.

On Friday, we extended a thank you to our Liberty custodial team: Mrs. Veronica Lopez, Mrs. Sonia Echeverria, and Mr. Chris Escobedo.

Day in and day out, they work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep our campus clean, safe, and welcoming for every student and staff member. They make a difference every single day, and we are so grateful for everything they do for Liberty. Thank you.

It’s Parent Teacher Conference week at Liberty. Please note that we will have early dismissal days all week, with students being released at 1:38 pm. (September 28 to October 2) Parents should have received dates and times for their conference; you can reach out to your student's advisory teacher via email or parentsquare if you need a change or confirmation.

Our Fall Book Fair is also officially open! Students can shop during break, lunch, or after school during conference hours in the Media Center. Help your student develop a love of reading, and strong reading habits to set the stage for future academic success.

We look forward to meeting you and building strong connections to support our students all year long.

Our first fun fundraiser of the year was a huge success, last Friday! Students got the chance to pie a teacher or administrator, with all donations going to ASB to support student activities throughout the school year. Thank you for your contribution and for the staff for being good sports.
