For everyone that has been waiting so patiently, our 2026 dates have been announced at the Forge!!! We have even included an Owl-centric program this year, for those of you with a special interest in the silent hunters of the night sky.

We are slowly working on a line of merchandise for those of you that have expressed interest in taking home those memories with you.

For those of you looking to sign up for the Owl Encounter program, it is listed under the "Special Events" tab in the main menu. It will shortly be included on our main "Falconry at the Forge" page. We thank you for your patience while we get this fixed.

What an amazing two days of Falconry Classes we had last weekend at The Forge Lemont Quarries. Thank you to everyone at The Forge and for all of the amazing folks who made it out to experience this amazing sport and birds! We are looking forward to joining you all next year and should have our schedule dates for "Falconry at the Forge" finalized and on The Forge's calendar very soon!

Because of the weather this weekend, we had to make some changes to our location at The Forge. However, everything worked out wonderfully. our birds had wonderful interactions with all of the people that signed up for our presentations. We even, upon further review, had some close interactions between our birds and a resident gnatcatcher. but the bird was only doing what it would do for any other predatory bird out there. so we won't blame that bird.

So we will repeat, thank you everyone that came out to support us. We rely so much upon you and your patronage. We can't begin to thank you enough. We can't wait for our next round of classes at The Forge.

In the meantime, keep your eyes to the sky and support your local Raptor rehabbers.

This week, we had an incredible time at The Morton Arboretum for their "Birdies & Brews" event. We had an incredible experience for some VIP members at the beginning of the event. We spent the next few hours watching some incredible mini golf, talking with the patrons about our birds, as well as enjoying adult beverages from a couple local breweries. Thank you to everyone who showed an interest in our birds. We love the support we received.
