Happy 4th of July and Happy 250 from Towamensing Kids Child Care and Learning Center!🇺🇸🎆💙❤️

We are so thankful for the freedoms we have, especially the freedoms that allow us to protect your children and support your family lives! Thank you to all the professions in our country that keep us running for your continuous service.

This week at Towamensing Kids, we showcased our stars and stripes by doing various crafts. Picture taking got a little behind us this week, but we’re happy to show you what we were able to catch!

We are so excited to be expanding for the Fall 26-27 School Year!

Many of these age groups have immediate openings; we are currently enrolling...
Toddlers (1 year to 3 years)
BOTH Preschool groups (3 years to 5 years)
Summer AND Before-and-After School Age (Kindergarten and up)

We currently have very limited to no infant openings until 2027.

Interested in becoming a part of our center or even just curious in learning what we're about? Call during the hours of 6am-6pm and ask for either directors Kaitlyn or Megan. We are able to schedule tours ASAP and are so excited to hear from you!

Growing, Gardening, and Outdoor Life!♻️🍃

This week at Towamensing Kids Child Care and Learning Center, we started our first week of Summer Camp! This week’s theme was “Garden and Growing”.

At our center, we had so much fun learning about plants, their life cycles, and the crops that can come from plant life!

Here’s just a few pictures of what we did this week. Plenty more to come as next week is “Stars and Stripes” in honor of 4th of July and also importantly, the United States’ 250th Birthday!🎂 🇺🇸

Under the Sea🌊🐙🐳

This week at Towamensing Kids we learned about the Ocean. Different curriculums in our groups ranged from songs about the Ocean, different sea creatures, different zones of the Ocean depth, and more!

Towamensing Kids is getting out their green thumbs! ♻️🌱

Yesterday Miss Kaitlyn planted multiple vegetables including tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and a variation of peppers. As well as 2 kinds of flowers that deter pests from the vegetables!

Throughout the Summer, Miss Ryleigh and Miss Megan’s School Age group will be focusing on plant cycles, growing plants, and even learning entrepreneurial skills by selling their crops back to families!
