Miss Laurie's Adventure Preschool The adventure in learning begins here. Join me for 3, 4 & 5 year old Kindergarten readiness. Hi, I am Laurie Wilkinson also know as Miss Laurie.

I have loved working with children most of my adult life. I studied Elementary Education at Southern Utah University and Criminal Justice at Utah Valley University. From there I became a Wilderness Instructor helping shape broken lives of teens. It wasn’t long before I went into the Foster Care system; tracking youth, helping them maneuver through the legal system, & even fostering a few. As my ow

n family grew, I switched lanes to teaching preschool & even coaching young busy bodies. I moved to the public school system working primarily with Kindergartners. I love to see their beautiful minds stretch & grow, always yearning to discover more. That is what led me to opening my own preschool in 2017. My husband & I have spent the last 20 years enjoying life with our 2 children and pets. In addition, we have hosted several foreign exchange students. They have taught us to understand culture & diversity on a very personal level. We have a great love for our international family which now includes 5 international grand kids. We dream of traveling the world to visit the amazing students that have crossed our path. When the weather is warm, I enjoy discovering nature with my family and friends while Mountain Biking, Hiking, Backpacking, & Paddle Boarding. During the winter months you will find me indoors with a good book a puzzle, or crafting projects. I love animals, especially cats! But I have been known to bring home other pets including a bummer lamb. I love to travel and discover all that this world has to offer near & far. I would love to be your child’s preschool teacher & take your child on an adventure in learning!
