“REST OF MY DAYS” is an original song written by our student band. They were asked to reflect on the words of Psalm 46 and how they can be applied to life challenges. From there, students shared their interpretation of the text and began to whole-heartedly throw themselves into the creative process! They started by drafting their lyrics and later collaborated to add rhythm and melody.

The end result far exceeded all expectations!

Watching them grow in songwriting and through spiritual reflection is a privilege. Our hope is that, when the time comes, they will remember these lyrics and find strength and hope to overcome whatever obstacles lie before them.
