This is one of the elements of our methodology of teaching Jiu-Jitsu to kids. 😎
We’re guiding their hands and feet into place, basically doing 80% of the move for them. With consistency and dedication, they’ll require less and less help from the instructors. 👊 Eventually, as I predicted in the video, they create enough muscle memory to execute the technique on their own with no need of assistance.🔥
That’s 15 years of sharpening how we teach kids Jiu-Jitsu in Leesburg. In addition we make class fun and enjoyable, because that’s how kids learn best.😀

Not knowing how to handle this type of situations can sink a kid’s confidence for a long time.👎

For this reason, Mastery Jiu-Jitsu is hosting a Free Bully Defense Class for kids with no previous experience.🥳

In this special event the participants will learn simple and effective self-defense skills, understand how to stand up for themselves against bullies and boost their self confidence.

Breathing under pressure, the fundamentals of base and connection while standing and finding comfort in darkness when you’re caught on the bottom of side mount.🤙
