🎄 Christmas Spirit Wear 🎄

We have a spirit week this week! ❤💚

This week of Advent, we discuss God’s provisions, so that we may never fear we are lacking. Through this season, may we feel seen and loved, and through Christ, know that we will never, ever go without. Christmas is a joy to celebrate because Christ promises us provisions to meet our physical and emotional needs, but also His grace and mercy.

Thanks to everyone who gifted a family this year. We’re so grateful to be able to assist Sterling Elementary with Project Santa. It’s truly a blessing to have this opportunity.

STAFF SPOTLIGHT!!

Ms. Ashlyn has been with us since 2022 and the Hippos children LOVE her! With her warm smile each morning, the kids always run to her to say good morning! Outside of work and her online schooling she enjoys photography, reading and getting out into nature! Some of her favorites are pizza, Taco Bell, book stores, and springtime! Make sure to tell her THANK YOU for always bringing such an uplifting vibe to her classroom!

As we continue our Advent Sermon Series, “His Gospel is Peace,” we will read Matthew 17 this week. At times, we may feel consumed with worry, especially in the Christmas season. Yet Christ, in his advent, meets us in our weakness and offers us mercy. This is the God of the universe saying, “I am with you. And I am for you.”
