HOMEWORK HELPER
Available for grades 5-12
$15 per 1/2 hour, $25 per hour

Discounts available for multiple students attending together.

I will sit down with your student after school and guide them through their homework. We will go through their agenda and regularly clean out their backpack together to ensure they are staying on top of all of their assignments. Each day you will get an update of what was accomplished and what still needs to be done for daily tasks as well as planning ahead for larger projects. Throughout the school year we will also practice for SOL exams if applicable.

I have been a general education tutor for 3 years and a math tutor for over 20 years.

Many students fall behind in school simply because of poor organization skills. A little extra attention can make a big difference in their success.

I firmly believe that no one is 'bad' at math but many are learning math badly. There are many different ways of arriving at a solution and we will work together to find the way that works for you!
