The Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) helps promote strong and economically self-sufficient communities by determining eligibility for food, cash, and medical assistance for individuals and families in Florida. MyACCESS is DCF’s self-service web portal where individuals can apply for, renew, and manage their public assistance benefits. Representatives from Mobile Access will be at the library on the second Wednesday of each month to assist with applications and answer questions. They will be available from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the McLin Room on the second floor. Walk-ins only; no appointment necessary.

El Departamento de Niños y Familias de Florida (DCF) contribuye a promover comunidades sólidas y económicamente autosuficientes, determinando la elegibilidad para asistencia alimentaria, económica y médica para personas y familias en el estado de la Florida. MyACCESS es el portal en linea de autoservicio del DCF en donde los individuos pueden solicitar, renovar y administrar sus beneficios de asistencia pública. Representantes de Mobile Access estarán en la biblioteca el segundo Miércoles de cada mes para ayudar con las solicitudes y responder preguntas.
