Our last week of TimberNook summer camp 2026! This crew of kids built FUNctional playground features throughout the week including a swing, zip line, and bridge! They came up with many games and made fast friendships!

Week 2 with our Bigs! Goonies style with lots of creek play! These kids had so many creative play schemes and (as you can see) got so muddy in the process!

Check out this event at Rust Library Saturday 10 am - noon for a sneak peak of a new micro school coming to our area! They will focus on hands-on learning and using nature!

Got to meet the author of this book yesterday, a local mom, Jen Congdon, at the Appalachian Trail Fest! Such a sweet story about all the live-giving aspects of going for a hike, in all kinds of weather!
