Lee's Summit High School Hall of Fame

Three distinguished graduates will be inducted into the Lee’s Summit High School Hall of Fame at a banquet on Saturday, April 13, at 6 p.m. at Lee’s Summit High School. Alumni to be honored for the 2023-24 school year include Dr. Ronald Gene Clark, Class of 1962; Dr. Rayna M. Grothe, Class of 1974; and James Scott Jones, Class of 1969.

Reservations for the banquet are required and due by this Friday, April 5, at 10 a.m. Please e-mail [email protected] to make the reservation. The cost is $30 per person, and payment can be made at the banquet April 13.

Nominations for the 2022 Hall of Fame class are now being accepted! Nominees must have graduated from Lee's Summit High School at least 10 years prior to induction, and both living and deceased alumni may be considered. Nomination forms can be found on the LSHS website and are due Nov. 15: https://lshs.lsr7.org/hoflshs/index.html

The following criteria will be considered for induction into the Hall of Fame.
• The individual will have achieved success in community or in civic activities and will have contributed significantly to public service or society.
• The individual serves as a model of integrity for young people.
• The individual will have achieved success in his or her career, scholastic achievements, or other significant areas.
