Simple? Absolutely.
Powerful? Try it and see. 😊

We don't always need more complicated ways to build culture.

Sometimes we just need consistent opportunities to practice the culture we want.

Leadership is something we practice every single day.
We've seen first hand that some of the most influential leaders don’t have a formal title. They're the people who encourage others, include someone who's alone, stay positive during challenges, and steadily make everyone around them better.

That's leadership.

Imagine if every student understood that they already have the ability to influence their classroom, their friends, and their school.
Imagine the ripple effect that would create.

That's why we’re so passionate about helping schools intentionally teach leadership as a durable human skill. Our students aren't just preparing for careers someday. They're already shaping the culture around them today.

At I AM Noticed, we believe kindness is a skill that can be practiced every day.

When students learn to think positively, feel positively, act positively, Notice goodness in others, and receive encouragement themselves, they're building habits that will serve them for a lifetime.

These skills don't just create better classrooms.

They create stronger friendships, healthier school cultures, and more connected communities.

Confidence isn't something students are simply born with.
It's something we can help them build.
When students truly believe, "I am enough," they are more willing to try something new, bounce back from setbacks, speak up, and lead others with kindness and courage.

That's why confidence is such an important part of the work we do at I AM Noticed!

We know it is still summer, but we are having so much fun over here preparing for summer leadership opportunities and the upcoming school year, we're reminded that developing durable human skills like confidence doesn't just change individual students. It creates stronger classrooms, healthier relationships, and more positive school cultures.

Every student deserves the opportunity to discover that they are enough. Confidence really is a game changer!!

The simplest way to strengthen connection is also one that requires certain skillsets: Express & receiving appreciation.

Telling someone you Noticed their effort.
Thanking someone for showing up.
Recognizing the good you see in others.

And being able to humbly receive compliments when they come your way.

These small moments don't just make us feel good. They remind us that they matter.

These are the skills that build connection and positive culture. 💛

We often think of communication as speaking.
But one of the most powerful communication skills is actually listening.
Not listening to respond.
Not listening to debate.
Not listening while waiting for our turn to talk.
Really listening.
Listening communicates:
I see you.
I hear you.
You matter.
And when people feel heard, something powerful happens.
People feel Noticed.

I've always said that I celebrate all kinds of leaders.
Some leaders love a microphone.
Others prefer to work quietly behind the scenes.
Often, those quieter leaders possess an incredible ability to listen, and every team needs people like that.

Sometimes the most impactful thing we can do isn't speak.
It's make sure someone else feels heard.
