We can honestly say that our weekly workouts with our REFIT® Lees Summit community make us feel truly alive. We are so thankful for all of our class participants and how you bring your energy and excitement for movement every week.

We have one more week of our summer schedule before we take a short break before starting our fall schedule. We can't wait to REV+FLOW and REFIT® with you!
