🎪🤹🏼‍♂️Circus Skills Club is coming to CLE! 🤹🏼‍♂️🎪

Our Circus Skills Club will run in 4-week sessions for each grade level, and we are thrilled to get started with our 2nd grade group tomorrow!

Throughout the club, students will work on:
-Coordination
-Balance
-Confidence
-Teamwork
-Perseverance

We can’t wait to see our students learn new skills, challenge themselves, and HAVE FUN!

1st Grade Parents, your child’s opportunity is next! Kindergarten will follow, and 3rd–5th grade sessions will take place during 2nd semester.

♟️🐾 Welcome back, Cheetah Chess Club! 🐾♟️

We had a GREAT first meeting today! Our Cheetahs jumped right back into the game: learning, practicing, thinking ahead, and having lots of fun along the way! 🧠✨

It was so fun to see our students excited to learn new strategies, challenge themselves, and encourage one another. We’re looking forward to a fantastic year of chess, strategy, problem-solving, and FUN! Here’s to a great year, Cheetahs!

Our 3rd graders had a “hoot” yesterday dissecting owl pellets and discovering what owls eat! 🦉 Students loved becoming scientists as they observed, sorted, and identified bones and other findings from inside the pellets. Hands-on learning like this helps bring science to life in such an exciting way!

A huge thank you to our amazing PTA for funding this experience and supporting engaging learning opportunities for our students. We appreciate you so much!

Our third grade students have been hard at work learning and applying the writing process - from brainstorming and drafting to revising and publishing - and we are so proud to see them become published authors! 📚✨

Through Student Treasures Publishing, each student had the opportunity to create their own writing piece to add to a classroom book, bringing their creativity and voice to life in a meaningful way.

A huge thank you to Blue Springs Education Foundation for generously providing these books for each student and supporting authentic learning experiences for our students. Your support helps make moments like this possible!
