Thank you to our sponsors, advisors, and parents who dedicated their time and support for us to get this amazing opportunity!
Leeds High School HOSA chapter spent their time in Indianapolis, Indiana connecting with students all over the world while sharing their passions of health care.
We had 4 students compete at the international level:
Addilynn Brewer- research poster
Allivia Wimberly, Lily Allison, Paige Davis- Community Awareness
We also had many students who received the Barbara James Service award for 100+ hours of service:
Addilynn Brewer, Mia Carter, Gage Ford, Emma Stidham, Lydia Kirksey, Addison Basquill, Harleigh Stiles, Daniel Lozano Gonzales, Gabe Logan, Allivia Wimberly, Taylor Vance, Paige Davis, Savannah Rhodes, Sophie Saunier.
We had an amazing time exploring this beautiful city while getting to meet over 15,000 students. We learned so much and can’t wait to use it in this upcoming school year!

Firefighter Bret, otherwise known as "Cookie", from the Leeds Fire Dept and Mrs. Logan taught the Health Science classes CPR today! Remember if you don't know what to do when you come across someone who is not breathing and doesn't have a pulse... Call 911 and push fast and hard!

The 8th Grade tour was yesterday at Leeds High School! Our LHS HOSA President gave some encouraging words and great info regarding our program! We are so grateful for all the 8th graders who stopped by our booth yesterday and grabbed flyers, pins, and all the info about Health Science and HOSA! We are so excited to have these students in class with us next year!
