Our Peer Helpers in Action!

Today, the Leeds Middle School Peer Helpers had an incredible service field trip to Grace Klein Community! We believe that leadership starts with serving others, and our students jumped in with both feet.

Our team stayed busy:
• ✍️ Writing encouraging cards to brighten the day of food box recipients.
• 🍳 Assembling freezer meals for families to enjoy.
• 🍞 Packaging bread donations for FEEDBHM to help reduce food waste and hunger.

A huge thank you to Grace Klein for hosting us and showing us the power of community. We left with tired hands but very full hearts!

Due to the threat of inclement weather in our area, Leeds City Schools will dismiss at 1:00 pm Wednesday 5/6/26. Carline and buses will run at 1:00 pm. All After School Activities are canceled. After School Care families - you must pick your child up by 2pm. All LCS staff will leave at 2 pm.

It was standing room only last night at the Leeds Middle School Spring Band Concert! Mr. Howard does such a wonderful job with the band students at LMS. It's amazing how much they grow and improve from the beginning of the year until the Spring. Great job, LMS Band Members!

This is the 4th year for our Concert Band to play at Talladega! Check them out tomorrow at 11:30 am for Saturday's first race of the day!

Mrs. H. Hudson and several young men from the Leeds Middle School National Junior Honor Society served at the Leeds Outreach on Wednesday, December 10. They helped with food donations for over 100 recipients. They also helped give out Christmas gifts for kids. True example of the LMS Servant Leadership at its finest!
