Today, 35 incredible LMS students participated in Peer Helper Training!

The Peer Helper program is such a vital part of Leeds Middle School. These students are trained to lend a listening ear, support fellow classmates, mentor younger peers, and help foster a positive, welcoming school environment for everyone.

From conflict resolution and active listening to empathy and leadership, these student leaders spent the day learning how to make a real difference right here on our campus!

We are so proud of these students for stepping up to lead with kindness, compassion, and Green Wave pride! Check out some moments from today’s training below! 👇📸
