As we wrap up another successful Extended School Year (ESY) program at Burrell School District, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible team that made it all possible.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to each and every one of our dedicated staff members for the compassion, patience, flexibility, and hard work you brought to your students every single day. Your commitment to helping students continue learning, growing, and reaching their goals over the summer does not go unnoticed.

We’re also grateful to our partners at Burrell School District for another wonderful summer of collaboration. Together, we were able to provide meaningful support and positive experiences for so many students and families.

We are so proud of this amazing team and the difference they make every day. We hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved break before the start of another exciting school year!

Grade Point Resources is looking for multiple Day-to-Day Substitute Paraprofessionals to support students with disabilities in classrooms across several partnering school districts in Westmoreland and Allegheny Counties.

If you’re compassionate, reliable, and want to make a difference in children’s lives — we’d love to have you on our team!

What You’ll Do:
• Support students with special needs in the classroom
• Follow teacher direction and assist with learning and behavior goals
• Encourage independence and positive behavior
• Help with daily routines and classroom tasks

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Dependable and professional
• Must have or be willing to obtain:
– PA Criminal Background Check
– FBI Fingerprints
– Child Abuse Clearance
– TB test

Preferred:
• Experience working with children with special needs
• Comfortable assisting with personal care when needed

We are thrilled to spotlight our Paraprofessionals of the Month, Dalila Berlingo at Clelian Heights and Pam Key at Burrell School District! Both of these incredible team members have gone above and beyond in supporting students and making a meaningful impact on their school communities.

👏 Dalila Berlingo – Clelian Heights
Dalila joined the GPR team in September 2024, and in a short amount of time, she has truly made a difference. She is being nominated for her unwavering dedication to helping her student thrive. Dalila goes above and beyond to ensure her student feels supported, encouraged, and empowered to succeed!

👏 Pam Key – Burrell School District
Pam became part of our team in July 2024. According to her co-worker, Pam is “the kindest person” who is always ready to do whatever it takes to put a smile on a child’s face. Her warm heart and willingness to go the extra mile are truly inspiring!
