🍂🍎 Our First Week of Fall! 🍎🍂

We had so much fun welcoming the first week of fall at Lee Hill! Our little learners explored the changing season through hands-on activities, outdoor adventures, and art.

We spent time noticing the changes happening outside, exploring fall colors and textures, and creating seasonal artwork.

Miss Julia's class is having so much fun learning through play! This week they mixed colors, cut up apples, created using fine motor skills to strengthen their hands for writing, completed patterns, and practiced following directions. They have been growing so much in their social skills, even facilitating their own games, rules, and turn-taking.

This!!

Outdoor play isn’t “extra”. It’s essential.

Playing outside involves balancing, learning, exploring, problem-solving, and taking healthy risks. Nature gives children the space to learn in the ways they’re wired to learn best!
