🇺🇸 Together Tuesday at Rapides High! 🇺🇸

Today, we were excited to welcome the Louisiana National Guard to Rapides High for our first Together Tuesday of the school year!

SSG Jessica Ruda spent the day greeting students and visiting with our Mustangs. During lunch, she was joined by SSG Chase Reynolds and SSG Jacob Wrubel. Together, they connected with students, answered questions, and shared information about the many opportunities available through the Louisiana Army National Guard.

We appreciate them taking the time to invest in our students and help them learn about opportunities for their futures! 💚🤍

Learning the basics, one glove at a time! 🧤🚑🩺

Our EMR students are practicing proper glove removal to prevent cross-contamination and keep themselves and their patients safe. It may seem like a small skill, but in emergency care, the basics matter! 💪❤️

💚💙 STARTING THE YEAR STRONG IN JAG! 💙💚

We’re kicking off another great year in JAG at Rapides High with TEAMWORK! 🙌

Our JAG students have been participating in a variety of team-building activities designed to help students and teachers get to know one another, build trust, strengthen communication skills, and learn how to work together toward a common goal.

These activities are about more than just having fun—they help create the relationships, confidence, and sense of belonging that will carry us throughout the school year. 💪

We are excited to see our JAG students step outside their comfort zones, make new connections, and discover that we accomplish more when we work together!

🌅💚 SENIOR SUNRISE | CLASS OF 2027 💚🌅

The Rapides High Class of 2027 gathered this morning for their Senior Sunrise, marking another special moment in their final year as Mustangs! 🐎💚

There’s something special about watching the sunrise together at the beginning of senior year, knowing that before long, this chapter will come to a close. Today was about friendship, memories, laughter, and celebrating the journey ahead.

Here’s to making every moment count, Class of 2027! 🎓 We can’t wait to see all the memories you make along the way.
