El Tejon School Badgers

Back to School night is this Thursday August 20th from 5:00 - 6:30pm. We will start off in the cafeteria at 5 PM with messages from our principal Ms. Hansen along with our ASB Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser! $3 per plate, be sure to bring the family! Classroom visits will follow. Can’t wait to see you all there!

The wait is over—we are so excited to welcome everyone back to campus tomorrow and kick off an amazing 2026–2027 school year!

If you haven’t checked yet, homeroom teachers are now posted in both Aeries and the schools front doors along with the cafeteria windows. Rotating class students will receive their class schedule from their homeroom teachers tomorrow morning. 

⏰ Tomorrow is a minimum day, and students will be released at 1:50 PM.

🚧 Please remember that the Fort Tejon exit is currently closed and is expected to remain closed for some time. Be sure to use Lebec Road and allow yourself a little extra travel time due to local traffic.

We can’t wait to see our halls filled with smiling faces, reconnect with friends, and begin another incredible year of learning, growth, and Badger pride.

Congratulations to El Tejon Middle School FFA, a 2026 Scotty K Gifting Project grant recipient supporting its Raising Rabbits program 🐇🌾
 
This grant will provide the hutches, feeders, and supplies needed for students to raise and care for a breeding pair of rabbits. Through this hands-on project, students will learn animal husbandry, responsibility, breeding management, and entrepreneurship while preparing rabbits for fair exhibitions. As the program grows, it will continue to provide meaningful learning opportunities for future FFA members for years to come.

Tonight is the night! 8th grade Grad Dance and Dinner is from 6 to 10 PM! 

Parents and Guardians of Incoming 5th Graders are warmly invited to attend an orientation meeting at El-Middle School, now a California Distinguished School , on Monday, June 1st at 9:00 AM. This event offers a valuable opportunity for parents and students to gain insight into the school's offerings, as presented by our principal. The orientation will be followed by a campus tour, led by student leaders, highlighting facilities such as the CTE lab, agricultural yard, and sewing room. Our team sports programs, including Flag Football, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Basketball, and Softball, will also be showcased. We are so excited to meet you all, Go Badgers!!💙💛🦡

Dear Parents and Family Members of ETS students, our school-wide state testing period has begun and will last for two weeks. It is essential that your child attends school every day and arrives on time. Please ensure they receive adequate rest and a healthy breakfast!

We are still in need of food donations for this weeks Spring Carnival! If you are able to donate please drop off food donations to the El-Tejon School office by this Wednesday May 13th.
