This week marked our final week of summer camp! Even though it was a shorter it was full of meaningful moments and opportunities to make a difference.

Monday: We talked about what it means to show compassion and how even small acts of kindness can have a big impact. Together, we filled our studio window with ideas for ways we can show compassion in our everyday lives.

Tuesday: We learned about being “bucket fillers”—people who lift others up through kind words and thoughtful actions. Each leader decorated their own bucket, which will stay on campus so we can continue filling one another’s buckets with encouraging notes throughout the year.

Wednesday: To wrap up camp, we decorated gift bags, filled them with treats, and delivered them to the neighboring businesses in our plaza. Seeing the smiles on their faces reminded us that simple acts of kindness can brighten someone’s entire day.

Thank you to all of our campers for making this summer so special. We can’t wait to see what the school year brings!

Highlights from an awesome week on campus! We learned how to build a healthy plate, took turns practicing cutting fruit and vegetables, made healthy smoothies, and learned how our heart functions and how to take care of it. We learned about hydroponics and planted our own vegetables. We learned how to read nutrition labels, the difference between whole foods and processed foods, had so much fun moving our bodies CrossFit PowerHour and learned what it means to ‘eat the rainbow.’ Health is Wealth, it’s a wrap.
