A Welcome Back from a Fellow Bearcat ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿพ

McKendree Alumni Board member Matt Bachman โ€™19 is helping us welcome our Bearcats back to campus with a few words of advice for the year ahead!

At McKendree, Matt studied Religious Studies and History and was active across campus, including founding the McKendree Historical Society. He later continued his education at Princeton Theological Seminary.

His career has taken him into technology, including three seasons working as an IT Service Desk/ServiceNow Analyst at the NFL headquarters in New York City. He recently began a new chapter as a ServiceNow Admin/Jr. Developer at Evercore.

A great reminder that your McKendree experience can prepare you for opportunities and paths you may never expect! โœจ

๐Ÿ’œ with some powerhouse Bearcats! ๐Ÿ’œ

This weekโ€™s took us to TechKnow Solutions and Fantastick Pops in Breese, Illinois, where we caught up with two McKendree University alumnae putting their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to work!

๐Ÿพ Bailey (Kampwerth) Wilson โ€™17 is Web Design Manager at TechKnow Solutions, helping businesses stand out through creative websites, social media and design. Sheโ€™s also an entrepreneur herself, co-owning FUREVER THERE, LLC , a wedding-day pet service, with her mom!

โœจ Michell Stockmann โ€™01 is CEO of TechKnow Solutions and a champion for small businesses and women in business. Sheโ€™s also the co-founder of Women Empowering Women, Marketing Director for Vacation Creations CRM, and co-owner of Fantastick Pops. And the McKendree connection runs in the familyโ€”Michellโ€™s husband, Jason Stockmann โ€™95, is a fellow Bearcat too! (Not pictured)

These women are ROCKSTARSโ€”running businesses, supporting other entrepreneurs and showing the impact Bearcats continue to make long after graduation. ๐ŸŒŸ

Continuing a longstanding McKendree tradition, all new students sign the Matricula, a document that signifies their enrollment and becomes an official, permanent University record.
