Biweekly community prayer
Community Prayer Series - 2
Who Are You? I Am!
Perhaps the simplest, most powerful single thought that a human can keep in mind is that when one says “I AM” one is knowingly or unknowingly setting into action within oneself the Full Energy of God/Creator.
Energy becomes power through conscious use.
When the consciousness of the individual is raised, everything in that individual’s world is raised. The effects are seen, the cleaning process is happening, manifestation is occurring. That which does not serve falls away.
Some beliefs, concepts, situations can be painful to let go of and some can cause much pain and much discomfort as it releases. It becomes louder and more in the individual’s awareness as if it were to say, “we have been in relationship so long, how can you let me go?” “We need each other to survive.”
This is what pulls us back into that dream.
We must have faith at that moment and trust we are heading to that higher connection to Universal Love.
Whenever you say I Am, you are setting pure energy of God into motion, uncolored by human concepts.
This is the only way of keeping the pure energy of God uncontaminated by human qualifications.
Enormous results can be had in a short time by the determined use of affirmations.
I Am this Inspiration
I am this pure light
I am the ascended Being.
I am my eternal Liberation
This is the great God power. Your body is the Temple of the living God.
We must trust and believe and step through into our full Spirit/Soul/Body Selves.
Use Wisely, this is the school of this earth to grow our spirit selves for our expansion of consciousness.
Much Love

Dear Spiritual Family,
I hope that you had beautiful holidays! As 2022 wound down, I was reflecting on the year that has passed and this year that we are dreaming into existence. Here are some of my thoughts and prayers that I'd like to share...
We must think about what those tools are that will support us in opening our hearts more, to open to more awareness that we are spiritual beings and that our body is the house we need in which our Spirit/ourself can experience our Mother Earth, our life.
The Spirits/Souls of the insects, animals, plants, etc., are all housed in the body that will best serve that spirit to grow. There are no mistakes. All beings are in their own private, custom-made outer shell in order to be present on this Earth plane.
So, I speak to you in all your glory of the Spirit that you are. I bow to your existence and what you have to offer on this Earth plane.
We are all here to expand into love. Self-love must come first or else one does not know what that feeling really is or how deep that feeling goes.
Love is the answer, but to know it we must experience the opposite on the Earth. Our personal growth is most difficult when we look at the state of the world, but we must understand that we are all where we need to be. Valuable lessons are learned here. Openings of the heart are made. Compassion grows when we are honest about how we are being affected by what we’re seeing (the dream that we have fallen into) while recognizing that it is our responsibility to imagine the possibilities of hope.
As we go through this next year I pray we envision the best and that we keep that vision in the forefront of our mind, always giving it energy to grow. We have the capacity to see beyond the superficial into the intent and the wisdom of the events. When we see all that is distracting rear its head to capture our attention, we can acknowledge that energy and bless it and then continue on our focus of peace.
Never take anything personally for too long. If you are having a response, there is a lesson there for you, for me. Be grateful that there is one more energetic connection (Memory) that our Spirits get to release into the loving-kindness field that exists in our Natural World.
This year Indigenous Cultural Education Center and The Church of Our Ancestors will continue to emphasize the teachings of the connectedness of the Self/Spirit/Soul/Earth Body and our role on the Planet Mother.
This New Year I wish for you the understanding that you are a collection of experiences, of life time(s) good or bad. I wish for you that you stay close to your breath and learn, with the language of feelings, your own fingerprint and wisdom of your ages of life.
Creator bless you, and we love you.

🙏🏽♥️
We invite you to our upcoming event “Awaken Your Feminine Wisdom Body” hosted by Sherry Guastini on July 31st, 3pm - 6pm. During this powerful portal, we gather in sacred circle to share space with the intention to connect with the feminine wisdom that the modern cultural narrative asks us to ignore.
The New Moon in Leo opens us to the energy of the heart. The wheel of the year is approaching Lammas, or the first harvest, a time of gratitude; an expression of the heart in connection with the deep feminine energies of the Earth. This is a purposeful time to drop into feminine embodiment work and explore our somatic knowingness.
We’ll share guided visualizations, a mudra and breathwork as well as multiple exercises that help us connect the wisdom of our wombs to the power of our hearts and the knowingness of our bodies.
When we have heart wounds it slows our creativity and manifestation. At this time the world needs our heart centered creations more than ever before. Together we will also practice programming water with our intention, as water is yin or feminine energy. There will also be a few more surprises woven into the day.
There will be time to share our thoughts in a supportive circle of sisterhood and enjoy some food, so please bring a snack or potluck dish to share. Also please bring a journal/pen and dress comfortably, being prepared for whatever the weather has to offer. There will be back jacks provided but please bring any other items that will make you feel relaxed.
The event will take place inside the Indigenous Cultural Educational Center, a lovely space where we have the opportunity to practice community. We ask that attendees of this event please respect the space and honor it as a temple for this gathering to take place.
If you feel called to join us please save a seat by sending an exchange of $44 either to Venmo@Sherry-Guastini or paypal.me/InsightfulWellness
Registration will close on July 29th.
Sherry Guastini is a Red Tent facilitator - she guides women in re-claiming their intuitive natures by reconnecting them to their suppressed power. She believes the way to wellness lies in deepening our connection to Mother Earth while bridging forgotten wisdom with modern science.
She has woven together her various trainings as an Integrative Yoga Therapist & Meditation teacher, Holistic Health & Bio-Individual Nutrition Counselor with her studies of everything energy. Her energy trainings include EFT, Reconnective Energy Healing, Holy Fire 2 Reiki Master and is an Eden Energy Medicine student.
She’s looking forward to releasing her first book this year, Rewild Your Child : A Seasonal Guide to Child’s Body, Mind & Spirit to the Energy of Nature.

A time of History
The Wampanoag Side of the First Thanksgiving Story
The story of the first Thanksgiving is often told only from the Pilgrims perspective, but what about the Wampanoag view of the feast?

We are the Creatures of our futures by putting our focus on the good and the
Universe will respond.
The greatest truth that has been kept from us, that has been washed away from our memory, is that we are connected to all and everything. Through that connection to the all and everything we are one to create all goodness that humankind Innately carry in our hearts.
Behind the veil there is peace on earth, health is restored, all peoples, all animals, all insects, our Mother Earth work together in harmony.
Creator has given us all that we need.
All we need to do is Re-Member.
