General information

In the state of Ohio, there is no law to prevent convicted s*x offenders from having a minor child reside inside their home. This is a travesty to the safety of ALL children and has to STOP. As of July 31ST 2003, Convicted S*x offenders are prohibited to reside closer than 1000' from any public gathering place of minor children, including but not limited to schools, day cares and playgrounds. So why is there not a law to prohibit convicted s*x offenders from having a minor child reside inside their home due to a parent’s POOR decision for the safety of their children????? This is the epitome of child endangerment. Help us to make a law that protect all children. Thank You!
