was very nice and welcoming. The Facilities are TOP NOTCH and spotless with a nutrition shop and a lounge/bar area. At 15€ for a day pass it’s a steal! Definitely check this gym out if you find yourself in the Porto, Portugal area!

Huge shoutout to all my clients past and present that have made Force Fitness such a success. Pounds were lost, strength was gained, flexibility was improved, and hopefully it wasn’t COMPLETELY miserable for y’all. I truly appreciate all of you and I hope you have learned as much from me as I have from you.
I want to give special thanks to my wife and son for supporting me in the scary endeavor that is starting your own business/ following your passion. I also want to give special thanks to Ann at , my friend, my business partner, sons-best-friend, and overall wonder-woman! The last few years have meant the world to me as we’ve been there for each other’s ups and downs, victories and bailouts, we’ve been through quite the rollercoaster and made it out the other side and I know we couldn’t have done it without you!
I love you all and will miss you! Don’t expect me to disappear I’ll be texting y’all about stretching… 😉 drinking water… 😜 and getting your protein in!

Dear Members, on Tuesday October 21st were are celebrating 12 YEARS IN BUSINESS!!! Our members are the absolute best and we want to feed you!
