It may be close to the end of the school year, but our incoming officer team spent a number of hours after school today creating plans and goals for 2026/2027.

We had a great time introducing CCHS FBLA to the Class of 2030 this afternoon. Twenty-one incoming freshmen attended and had a chance to learn more about the importance of extracurriculars like FBLA.

The rainy forecast tomorrow has us CANCELING the trip to FNB Field. Be ready for a regular school day.

It’s always a bitter sweet day when we have our final meeting of the year. We celebrated our graduating seniors, distributed recognitions collected this year, awarded our Top 10 Outstanding Members, and introduced the incoming officer team.

We’ve still got our spring field trip next week and an afternoon of community service the following week to look forward to, though.

Honored to have some of our state qualifiers presented at the Cornwall-Lebanon Board of School Directors meeting this evening.

The 75th State Leadership Conference was a good one with great members.

Congratulations to our Business Management team, Ava Bashore and Ali Sparks, who placed 8th in the state, having first scored high enough on an 100-question to move into the performance portion of the event where they were given a case study and had 20-minutes to prep for a role play with their judges.

It’s been a long day at the SLC, but we brought home quite a number of awards tonight. 10th place in Outstanding Chapter, 10th place in Local Chapter Annual Business Report, our chapter president took home Honorable Mention in the William Selden Scholarship, and we received 5th place in the state for total Business Achievement Awards completed. Miley Hopple received on-stage recognition for completing the highest level of the BAAs, the Capstone level. Four of our members were also inducted into the National Business Honor Society.

Tomorrow evening members will find out how they individually did in their competitive events.
