Reminder: meal pickups and bus stops will be on just Tuesdays and Fridays from now on to reduce contact and encourage social distancing! Multiple days of meals, including weekend meals, will be given out.

Thank you to our wonderful food service staff for their hard work this week! 8,998 meals were served this week, including meals for kids to take home for the weekend!

We will have more information to you by tomorrow regarding meal pickups and bus delivery points next week. Maplecrest and LHS will continue to be meal pickup points throughout our school closure.

We want to give our transportation and food service staff an extra shoutout for coordinating all of these details to ensure that no child goes hungry.

The 2020-21 Readers Awards Book Trailer Contest is coming soon! Students can create an original trailer for any final nominee at their grade level for the Gateway, Truman, and Mark Twain Readers Award. Winning videos are featured on MASL's online outlets and are a valuable resource to librarians and students. See the flyer below for more info. Announcement of the final nominees is tentatively scheduled for Jan. 20th. All trailers will be due by 11:59 PM on May 1st, 2020. Happy video-ing!
