📣 Childcare Announcement for Our Families 💛

We are excited to share that two of our amazing caregivers will be offering in-home childcare services!
The first photo shows Ms. Savanah, and the second photo features Ms. Sierra spending time with a little one — a perfect example of the loving care your children will receive.

They will have a limited number of spots available and will be caring for children from 6 weeks old through school-age.

✨ School-Age Care:
Children who attend Stokes Elementary and who can ride the bus may receive before-/after-school care.

✨ Non-School-Age Care:
They will also be offering break care for younger children.

If you’re interested or need more information, please reach out to Ms. Sierra at 765-894-1859.

We are grateful to have such caring individuals continuing to support our families. 💛👶📚

It is with a very heavy heart that I share that Little Angels LLC will be closing on December 12. This is one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make, and my heart is truly broken. For the past 15 years, I have had the incredible privilege of serving this community, loving your children, and partnering with families who trusted me with their most precious gifts.
I am deeply grateful for every parent who has walked through our doors and allowed Little Angels to be part of their child’s early years. My heart has always been for the children and for the families I’ve had the honor to support.
Over the years, Little Angels has been blessed to pour back into the community—sponsoring several Little League teams, one Lebanon Youth Football team, helping purchase new cheer uniforms for Lebanon Middle School, participating in the Fourth of July parade, and supporting the community baby shower. Serving this community has truly been one of the greatest joys of my life.
Thank you for believing in Little Angels. Thank you for trusting us. Thank you for allowing me to live out my passion for early childhood education. Although this chapter is closing, the memories, relationships, and impact will stay with me forever.
With love and gratitude,

🍎✨ Meet Miss Kathleen! ✨🍎

We’re so excited to introduce Miss Kathleen, one of our amazing teachers in the School-Age Room at Little Angels LLC! 💫

Kathleen has 5 years of experience working with young children and a lifetime of love for early education. She grew up in a home daycare that her mom ran, where she discovered her passion for helping little ones learn and grow. 💕

Her favorite part about teaching? Watching children’s creativity shine during art projects and seeing those “light bulb” moments when everything clicks! 🎨💡

When she’s not in the classroom, Kathleen enjoys cheering with LHS and Champion Gym Cheer, and spending time with her pets — two dogs and one cat! 🐾📣

We’re so lucky to have her energy, creativity, and caring heart as part of our Little Angels family! 🌈

🪁💬 The Importance of Circle Time in Early Childhood Education! 💬🪁

At Little Angels LLC, circle time is one of the most special parts of our day! 🥰✨ It’s a time when children come together to learn, listen, and share — building a strong sense of community and belonging.

🌞 Why Circle Time Matters:
🗣️ Language Development: Children learn new words, songs, and stories that strengthen communication and early literacy skills.
👫 Social Skills: Taking turns, listening to friends, and participating in group discussions teach cooperation and respect.
🧠 Cognitive Growth: Calendar activities, counting, weather, and themed discussions help children make meaningful connections.
❤️ Emotional Connection: Starting the day together helps children feel secure, seen, and ready to learn!

Every morning circle is a chance for our little learners to grow their minds and their hearts. 💕

📚✨ What Reading Looks Like at Home — From Infants to Big Kids! ✨📚

Reading starts long before your child can read words — it begins with listening, looking, and loving stories together! 🥰
Here are some fun and easy ways to make reading part of your daily routine at every age ⤵️

👶 Infants (0–12 months)
Read short, colorful board books with faces, animals, and everyday objects.
Let them touch, mouth, and explore books — that’s how babies learn! 👀

👣 Toddlers (1–2 years)
Read simple stories with rhyme and rhythm.
Point to pictures and name what you see: “Look! A dog!” 🐶
Re-read favorites — toddlers love repetition!

🧒 Twos (2–3 years)
Ask simple questions while reading: “What do you think will happen next?”
Encourage them to turn pages or “read” along with you. 📖

🎨 Threes (3–4 years)
Choose stories that match their interests (animals, trucks, princesses, etc.).
Talk about characters’ feelings and actions — this builds comprehension. ❤️

🌟 Pre-K (4–5 years)
Point out letters and sounds in their name.
Let them retell stories in their own words — it builds confidence and memory! 🧠

📖 School-Age (6–9 years)
Take turns reading pages together.
Talk about what happened in the story and what might happen next.
Visit the library and let them pick books that interest them! 📚

💻 Older Kids (10–13 years)
Encourage daily reading — novels, magazines, comics, or eBooks.
Discuss what they’re reading — share thoughts like a little book club! ☕

💛 No matter their age, the most important thing is to make reading a joyful part of your day — snuggle up, share a story, and create memories that last a lifetime! 🌙✨

📚💛 Infants Exploring Books! 💛📚

Our littlest learners at Little Angels LLC are discovering the joy of reading — one page (and sometimes one nibble!) at a time! 😄✨

From soft touch-and-feel books to bright, colorful board books, our infants love exploring textures, pictures, and sounds. These early reading moments build curiosity, strengthen fine motor skills, and lay the foundation for a lifelong love of books. 🍼💬

Every giggle, grab, and page turn is a step toward growing curious minds and happy hearts! 🌈📖

📚✨ Reading Time in the Two’s Room! ✨📚

Our curious two-year-olds at Little Angels LLC loved diving into their books today! 🥰 From dragons and pumpkins to silly sheep stories — each child enjoyed exploring pictures, turning pages, and “reading” their favorite stories just like the big kids. 💕

Early reading experiences build language, imagination, and a lifelong love for books! 📖🌈

We’re so proud of our little learners for showing such excitement during reading time! 💛👏

🗳️✨ Election Day & Little Citizens ✨🗳️
Hey Little Angels families! On this Election Day, we’re reminded that every voice matters — even little ones! Voting is one way we make decisions together as a community and show our children what being an active citizen looks like.

Here are some simple ways to share the moment with your children:

Explain that today adults in the family are going out to vote — tell them what a ballot is (“a paper or screen where people choose someone”) and that the choice helps everyone.

Create a tiny “family election” at home: pick something fun (like what’s for dessert or what game to play) and let your child vote. It makes the concept real and fun.

Talk about fairness and respect: “Everyone gets one vote,” “Sometimes we don’t pick what we hoped for — but we stay respectful.”
Edutopia

After voting, celebrate the effort! Maybe snap a family photo or share a “We voted” sticker together.

💡 Pro Tip: When you’re heading out to vote or come back, invite your child along for a quick “I voted” sticker moment or a short chat: “Thanks for coming with me — you’re helping me be a good citizen!”

📸 We’d love to see it! If you snapped a cute “voting with my little one” moment, feel free to share it in the comments below or tag us in your post. Let’s show our little citizens in action!
